The Seam Guides helps you stitch at a consistent distance from existing seams, fabric edges, or marked lines for clean, professional results. Mounted to the presser foot shank, it guides the fabric from above to keep everything perfectly aligned as you sew.
The Left Seam Guide in Shaft is compatible with all L8 Series models and can be used for overlock, coverstitch, chainstitch, and combination stitches. The Right Seam Guide is designed specifically for the L890.
Note: For L850 and L890 machines manufactured before July 2021 (code 61/07), an updated presser foot shaft is required to use the seam guides. Please contact your BERNINA dealer for details.
